Why there is no separate build fee
We only make money if you stay, and you only stay if the phone keeps ringing. That one fact explains the whole model, so here is how it actually works and what you own.
What you own
You own your domain, content, images, customer data, and Google Business Profile. We own the design, code, and hosting setup. If you cancel, we export your content and customer data to you within ten business days at no charge and release your domain immediately.
Why every four weeks
The work runs in four-week cycles: the report, the posts, the new pages. Billing on the same cycle means the work and the invoice always line up. That is thirteen billing cycles a year, and we say so plainly rather than burying it.
Common questions
Why is there no separate build fee?
Charging thousands up front means we get paid whether it worked or not. Billing every four weeks instead puts us on the hook to keep it working. We keep the design and code because the build was never billed to you; you keep the domain, content, customer list, and Google profile.
What am I paying for every four weeks?
The work that produces customers: your Google Business Profile, review requests going out, new pages for the towns you serve, and keeping everything running, secure, and fast. The website is the part you see, but it is maybe a fifth of the work.
