Get Found In The Map Pack Not Just A Pretty Site

Good to know
Questions, answered
Why is there no build fee? What is the catch?
We only make money if you stay, and you only stay if the phone keeps ringing. Charging five thousand for a build means we get paid whether it worked or not. Billing every four weeks puts us on the hook. We build and host it, so we keep the design and code. You keep the domain, content, customer list, and Google profile. There is no build fee, and there never will be.
What am I actually paying for every four weeks, then?
The work that produces customers. Your Google Business Profile, review requests going out to your customers, new pages for the towns you serve, and keeping everything running, secure, and fast. The website is the thing you can see, so it gets the attention, but it is maybe a fifth of the work.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, content, images, customer data, and Google Business Profile. We own the design, code, and hosting setup, because the build was never billed to you separately. If you cancel, we export your content and customer data to you within ten business days at no charge, and we release your domain immediately. The site itself goes offline.
What if I already have a website?
Then the problem is usually not the website, it is that nobody finds it. Most sites we look at are fine to look at and invisible to Google. We will replace it as part of the setup, or in some cases leave it alone and work on the visibility side only. The free audit will tell you which.
How much does it cost?
$597 every four weeks, one price with everything in it, plus a one-time $997 setup paid up front to start. There is no hosting bill, no domain markup, and no surprise line items. There is no contract and no minimum term. It is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Why every four weeks instead of monthly?
Because the work runs in four-week cycles, the report, the posts, the new pages, and billing on the same cycle means the work and the invoice always line up. Practically, that is thirteen billing cycles a year instead of twelve, and we say so plainly rather than burying it.
